Foley Partner David Sanders will present “Drafting and Enforcing Noncompete Agreements; Latest Developments,” where he will provide an overview of recent case law involving noncompete agreements and will focus on understanding the complex area of restrictive covenants. Mr. Sanders will also discuss grounding in enforceability and drafting enforceable restrictions.
