Prior to Joining Foley, Roma worked at a national law firm and gained experience overseeing global trademark portfolio strategies for sports, pharmaceuticals, private equity, entertainment, consumer retail, and food and beverage. She also litigated complex cases involving trademark and copyright infringement, trademark dilution, and tortious interference claims.
