The Wild, Wild West – Navigating Through the New California Employment Laws For 2020
Businesses are often attracted to California’s vibrant and lucrative economy, but each year it is increasingly more difficult and risky for businesses to employ personnel in California. To close out the decade, the California legislature implemented a number of new laws which will significantly impact employers, some of which will require a complete restructuring of business models. In this webinar, Foley’s California Labor & Employment team will discuss the key employment laws that are scheduled to take effect on January 1, 2020.
This webinar is geared towards employment in-house counsel and Human Resources professionals. Participation is complimentary, but registration is required.
