Partner Benjamin Morris will present during the California Lawyers Association’s (CLA) webinar titled “Construction Law Update and Year in Review” on Thursday, August 6, 2020.
During this webinar, presenters will review recent case law and statutory revisions that are expected to change construction law practice in California in the years to come. They will also offer some tips on how to navigate these procedural changes in the future.

Benjamin is a construction lawyer whose practice focuses on advising and counseling owners, developers, contractors, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers throughout all phases of complex construction projects and construction litigation. Benjamin guides clients through contract drafting and negotiation, risk management analysis, delay analysis, lien filing and defense, and claim enforcement on both private and public projects.
