Association of General Contractors California Construction Law Update

Foley Construction Law partner Benjamin Morris and Sullivan Hill Construction Law shareholder Shay Kulkarni will address new case law and recent statutory revisions that promise to affect the California construction industry in the years to come. Mr. Kulkarni and Mr. Morris will also review notable substantive and procedural changes in California construction law and provide pointers and “best practices” for contractors in light of such changes.
