She represents parties on all sides of a bankruptcy — debtors, creditors and creditors’ committees, secured lenders, estate fiduciaries, and purchasers of distressed assets — both in chapter 11 and out-of-court workouts. She has significant experience with bankruptcy-related litigation, both in the U.S. and internationally, including representing liquidators in chapter 15 bankruptcy cases, in cross-border litigations involving fraud and insolvency issues, and in related asset-tracing and recovery.
