Jenny Gardner has extensive experience in managing complex transactions and is developing an energy-focused practice with an emphasis on acquisition and project finance.
Prior to joining Foley, she was a senior consulting manager for the Access Sciences Corporation in Houston, Texas. She advised clients and industry groups on protecting information assets and engaging business stakeholders in records management. She developed her business and client relationships by identifying opportunities, understanding client needs, and designing custom solutions. Jenny promoted thought leadership by maintaining industry awareness, building knowledge networks, and providing training on emerging industry trends. She also presented at industry conferences on information governance, records retention, classification methods, and taxonomy design.
She began her career with Foley as a summer associate and law clerk where she researched client issues, conducted acquisitions diligence, prepared closing documents and financial filings, and analyzed collateral valuations for Foley’s Finance and Bankruptcy & Business Reorganizations Practices.
