Galen Yu is a partner and intellectual property lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP. He is a member of the firm’s Electronics Practice.
Before entering law school, Galen worked for Pong Research Corporation, where he configured passive antennas in cellphone cases to reduce the magnitude of electromagnetic waves radiating from face-sides of cellphones.
In 2013, Galen served as a summer associate with Foley. While in law school, he was a member of the USC Intellectual Property and Technology Law Clinic, where he drafted and edited comments to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and the America Invents Act. In addition, Galen also served as an extern with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
