Jaclyne has extensive experience, both as in-house counsel as well as through her years in private practice, managing domestic and foreign trademark portfolios for companies in a variety of industries, including consumer products, fashion, manufacturing, power generation, oil and gas, financial services, medical and pharmaceuticals, scientific research, and technology. Her experience runs the gamut of overseeing trademark clearance, prosecution, licensing, and policing, as well as navigating complex copyright-related issues. She regularly advises organizations on intellectual property and brand enforcement matters related to domain name recovery, takedown notices, drafting and responding to pre-litigation letters, anti-counterfeiting customs and raid actions, and negotiating licenses and settlement agreements.
Having served as in-house counsel with a multinational organization, she is familiar with the complex challenges of interacting with business and marketing teams. Her depth of experience in this area allows her to provide clients with practical and business-oriented solutions.
