Jun Wei’s practice focuses on preparing and prosecuting patent applications in a wide range of areas such as semiconductors, electronics, and E-commerce before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). Jun collaborates with domestic and overseas outside counsel regarding patent matters.

Jun has extensive Chinese patent practice experience. Previously, Jun was a Chinese patent examiner with the Chinese Patent Office (SIPO), and a Chinese patent agent with a prestigious law firm, representing many famous companies for patent matters before the SIPO.

Jun also has software industry experience. Jun used to be a software engineer and developed database products using tools like Oracle, SQL, and PL/SQL as a database developer.
