André Thiollier Recognized as Among Top 100 Latin American Lawyers

Foley & Lardner LLP partner André Thiollier has been recognized as among Latin America’s Top 100 Lawyers by Latinvex.

The list identifies the leading attorneys from international law firms doing business in Latin America. Attorneys were selected for their recent track record on major deals and business, prominence of their firm in Latin America, rankings by third parties, and data received from the publication’s annual survey of international firms.

Thiollier, based in the firm’s Silicon Valley office, is a member of Foley’s Transactions Practice. He focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, emerging growth and venture financings, and general corporate and business counseling. Thiollier’s extensive experience in multiple jurisdictions combined with fluency in multiple languages allows him to better advise clients on cross border transactions, particularly in Latin America, including Brazil, Argentina, Chile, and Mexico.
