McKenna, a leading intellectual property lawyer, is the chair of the firm’s Cloud Computing Infrastructure & Solutions team and co-chair of the firm’s Electronics Practice Group. His practice centers on advising technology companies on identifying, capturing, and safeguarding their critical intellectual property assets. His strategic counsel forms the foundation for product development, competitive differentiation, and business value enhancement, ensuring particular management for every asset and alignment with clients’ overarching company objectives.
Leading large teams of legal professionals, McKenna also oversees the development, execution, and management of patent portfolios, catering to startups, emerging companies, and established corporations alike.
