Foley’s Texas Hires Featured Across Press – ‘Seemed like a perfect fit’

Foley & Lardner LLP’s recent bolstering of the firm’s Texas presence with the additions of partners Trey McDonald and James McFall and of counsel Ronald Green is featured across legal press, including the Texas Lawyer article, “Foley Expands in Texas With 2 Jackson Walker Litigators, Jones Walker Finance Lawyer.”

McFall told Texas Lawyer that as he and McDonald have a range of clients outside of Texas, it was better for their clients to have access to the resources of a national firm. Foley “seemed like the perfect fit,” he added.

“Specifically in the world of sports, things are getting so interconnected, spread out,” McFall explained. “Having the practice that our clients demand of us essentially requires a platform of a different size.”
