Top Take-Aways From CMS’ Proposed 2025 OPPS and PFS Rules and Final IPPS Rule
Judith “Judy” Waltz, co-chair of Foley’s Health Care Practice Group and co-chair of firm’s Providers of Health Care Services Area of Focus is speaking on the American Health Law Association (AHLA) panel titled “Top Take-Aways From CMS’ Proposed 2025 OPPS and PFS Rules and Final IPPS Rule” on September 11, 2024.
In this webinar, the panelists will focus on areas of greatest concern/interest/applicability in Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services’ (CMS) proposed Outpatient Prospective Payment System and Physician Fee Schedule Rules and Final Inpatient Prospective Payment System Rule and discuss what providers should know about each Rule. These three Rules, when finalized, will provide the framework for changes to (or in some cases initial) Medicare policies for reimbursement, coverage, conditions of participation/conditions for coverage, provider enrollment.
