Sean Keller focuses on helping high-tech innovators develop, protect, and leverage their intellectual property assets.
During his undergraduate studies, Sean was an electrical engineering intern for an aerospace defense company and a patent engineering intern for a semiconductor company. He has experience working with avionics hardware, semiconductor devices, and microprocessors.
During law school, Sean externed for a Dallas-based IP litigation firm and served as the president of IP Aggies, his school’s IP student organization. He was also a pupil in the Barbara M.G. Lynn American Inn of Court and a regional finalist in the 2023 National Patent Drafting Competition.
Sean is a member of the Electronics Practice Group. He was previously a summer associate with Foley, drafting patent applications and office actions for software, medical device, mechanical, and electromechanical inventions. He also conducted research, compiled IP due diligence reports, and analyzed patent eligibility arguments.
