James Radwill helps manufacturers and technology companies develop, protect, and capitalize on their intellectual property assets.

With both undergraduate and master’s degrees in engineering, James gained practical experience through internships and positions with leading engine and equipment manufacturers. His work spanned a range of projects, including developing control and data acquisition software for industrial machinery, designing control circuits for small engines and lawn equipment, and implementing control and data systems for laboratory and production testing.

James is a member of Foley’s Electronics Practice Group, and was previously a summer associate. During this time, he conducted patent eligibility research, drafted patent applications and office action responses, and performed patentability searches.
