Associate

William (Will) Ulrich is an Associate in the Intellectual Property Litigation practice of Foley & Lardner and is based in the firm’s Milwaukee office. Will’s practice focuses on intellectual property matters, including patent office proceedings and district court litigation. As a summer associate with Foley, Will gained experience researching and writing about topics including expert qualification and objective indicia of nonobviousness.

Will received his law degree from the University of Notre Dame Law School where he served as Executive Editor of the Notre Dame Journal on Emerging Technologies. During law school, Will served as a legal intern for an Indiana county prosecutor’s office. He earned a B.S. in Biochemistry from St. Norbert College.

Will is admitted to the Wisconsin Bar and is also admitted to practice before the the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
