Foley Advises Allivet in Agreement to be Acquired by Tractor Supply Company

Foley & Lardner LLP served as legal advisor to Allivet, a portfolio company of Peninsula Capital Partners, in its definitive agreement to be acquired by Tractor Supply Company.

Allivet, founded in 1992, is a leading online pet pharmacy licensed in all 50 states, with three distribution centers that allow it to serve the needs of its customers and reach a large majority of the U.S. with next-day delivery.

Tractor Supply is the largest rural lifestyle retailer in the United States. The acquisition of Allivet will complement and strengthen Tractor Supply’s portfolio offering for companion animals, equestrian, and livestock customers and unlock new opportunities for growth.
