Laura Ganoza Elected to International Trademark Association Board of Directors
Foley & Lardner LLP partner Laura Ganoza has been elected to the International Trademark Association’s (INTA) board of directors. Ganoza will serve a three-year term that begins on January 1, 2025.
Ganoza offers clients exceptional service through her unique combination of litigation and intellectual property experience. As a trial lawyer, she helps clients navigate a wide range of IP litigation issues, including trademark, copyright, and patent infringement matters. Ganoza also handles global trademark portfolios for her clients that range from start-ups through multinational conglomerates. Additionally, she litigates complex commercial matters such as cross-border disputes, trade secret misappropriation, and non-compete actions.
Ganoza holds several notable leadership roles at Foley, serving as the co-chair of the firm’s Fashion Apparel & Beauty industry team and as a founding member of Foley’s Digital Assets, Web3, and NFTs team. Committed to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in the legal industry, Ganoza founded and currently chairs the firm’s Women of Color Affinity Group, which drives connections and collaboration across a diverse group of women across the firm’s offices.
