Holli Gray

Associate

Holli Gray is a trial attorney who represents clients in a wide range of complex litigation matters. Holli’s representation ranges from individuals to a wide variety of corporate clients and she handles an array of litigation matters, including in the areas of cryptocurrency litigation, antitrust litigation, class actions, and appeals. Her litigation experience includes handling cases in state and federal courts, as well as in arbitrations before AAA and JAMS.

Holli’s pro bono efforts focus on criminal justice and civil rights matters, including section 1983 litigation, excessive force litigation, and capital defense. Her pro bono experience includes handling appeals in the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and handling matters for nonprofit organizations focused on civil rights.

Prior to joining Foley, Holli served as an associate for a national law firm where she worked across multiple practice areas including antitrust, real property litigation, business torts, white collar crime, immigration, civil rights litigation, and consumer class action defense. She also served as an intern in the Miami-Dade Public Defender’s Office and as a research assistant for the International Law Commission at the United Nations.
