Michelle Ku Named to 2023 Dallas Business Journal 40 Under 40 List

Foley & Lardner LLP Partner Michelle Ku has been recognized as a 40 Under 40 honoree by the Dallas Business Journal.

The list honors rising business leaders in a variety of sectors and industries with roles at companies and organizations include both the Dallas-Fort Worth region’s largest companies and its up-and-coming startups.

Michelle is a litigator with Foley who has successfully represented businesses and individuals in various industries in high stakes trials and appeals and in matters involving local, state, and federal governments. Her practice focuses on business cases involving antitrust, government investigation response, class actions, tax controversy, intellectual property and energy, regulatory and commercial issues.
