Foley & Lardner LLP represented ControlByWeb (CBW) in its sale to North Branch Capital.

CBW is a premier designer and manufacturer of Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) control products and systems used to remotely collect, send, monitor, and act on data acquired from various environments. As a leader in the IIoT control market with a product offering focused on engineering excellence, systems integrators and end users use CBW’s remote monitoring and control products for industrial automation, data collection, and remote monitoring of electrical devices.
