Two Foley Attorneys Named as Finalists at The American Lawyer 2022 Industry Awards

Foley & Lardner LLP Partner Scott Ellis and Senior Counsel Lauren Champaign have been named as finalists at The American Lawyer 2022 Industry Awards.

Ellis is one of seven finalists in the “Best Mentor: Law Firm” category, honoring those who have dedicated a significant portion of their time and energy to mentoring younger professionals.

Champaign is one of eight finalists in the “Young Lawyer of the Year (Beyond Practice)” category, honoring attorneys under 40 years old who have made meaningful advancements in service delivery, public or societal interest, or otherwise worked to improve the profession or community around them.

The American Lawyer selected the finalists from more than 700 submissions to find the “lawyers, business professionals, law firms, and organizations that are elevating the profession to new heights.” Honorees will be recognized at an awards gala on November 10, 2022, in New York City.
