Foley & Lardner LLP attorney Catherine Zhu was recently featured on Richard Levick’s “In House Warrior” podcast to discuss China’s first comprehensive law for the protection of individual personal information. The new Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL) which took effect November 1, 2021, is the first comprehensive law in China for the protection of personal information of individuals in China.
