Foley Recognized as Outstanding Bankruptcy and Restructuring Law Firm at 2015 Turnaround Atlas Awards

Foley was named Outstanding Bankruptcy and Restructuring Law Firm of the Year for Middle Markets Restructuring at the 2015 Turnaround Atlas Awards. The firm was also recognized for its role in the following categories:
- Cross Border Turnaround of the Year (small middle markets): Universal Cooperatives restructuring and sale of Bridon Cordage and Heritage Trading Co.
- Food & Beverage Services Turnaround of the Year: Groeb Farms Chapter 11 sale to Peak Rock Capital (American Natural Foods).
As part of the Global M&A Network, the Turnaround Atlas Awards honor transactions based on identifiable performance criteria such as restructuring style, pre/post workout, sustainability, number of creditors, timeliness, leadership and resourcefulness. More than 400 transactions were reviewed to determine the winning 48 unique transactions. Award recipients were honored at the 7th Annual Awards Gala on June 23, 2015, in Chicago.
