Foley is pleased to announce that Scott Seabolt, partner in the Detroit office, has been named to dBusiness Magazine’s list of 30 in their 30s. This prestigious honor recognizes professionals between 30 and 39 years old from Michigan’s five-county region (Oakland, Wayne, Macomb, Livingston and Washtenaw counties) who have achieved notable success in their respective fields.
To compile its list of 30 in their 30’s, dBusiness Magazine asked members of the five-county region business community to nominate entrepreneurs, business owners, executives and professionals who are moving their respective companies, industries and communities forward. Seabolt was selected from more than 200 nominations to be among the finest in the five-county region’s professional community.
Seabolt is a member of Foley’s Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution and Securities Enforcement & Litigation Practices, as well as the Automotive Industry Team. His clients span a variety of industries, including automotive, appliance, financial services, accounting and professional services.
In addition to leading clients through securities litigation, class action defense and other complex business disputes, Seabolt helps to direct recruitment efforts for Foley’s future talent. As hiring partner for the Detroit office and a national Recruiting Committee member, he has assumed a personal role in recruiting diverse, highly-talented lawyers to the firm. For the last three years, he has also served on the Board of Directors for Think Detroit PAL, one of Detroit’s leading non-profit organizations that annually provides athletic and leadership programs to 10,000 Detroit-area youth.
Foley congratulates Scott Seabolt for the distinction of being named to dBusiness Magazine’s 30 in their 30s list in 2010. His ongoing professional dedication is also highlighted by his recognition as a Michigan Super Lawyers – Rising Star in 2008 and 2009.
