Simon Quoted on Regulation Reform

Foley Partner and chair of the Securities, Commodities & Exchange Regulation Practice George Simon was quoted in an article titled “Reshaping US regulations” in the April 13, 2009 issue of Fund Strategy. Simon speaks on the demand for regulation reform following the implosion of the American banking system, noting that the more promising approach to improving the regulatory system is to examine each company holistically, assess the risk and force companies to hold reserves.
