Andy Serwin is quoted on the lawsuit filed by three state banking associations against TJX Companies over costs incurred due to a data breach that exposed some 45 million credit card numbers. He indicated that many similar lawsuits are tossed out in court because it is difficult for plaintiffs to make a case because the laws governing electronic privacyallegations have yet to be fully understood.
