Partner

Charles Harper is a litigation lawyer focusing his practice in the areas of construction, real property litigation, and business litigation. He is board certified in construction law by the Florida Bar and is the former vice chair of Foley’s Construction Practice and a member of the Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance (ESG) Team.

Charles was a federal judicial intern for the Hon. Elizabeth A. Kovachevich and a federal bankruptcy intern for the Hon. Alexander L. Paskay.
