Alison S. Hart’s practice focuses on complex business transactions including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, distressed transactions, reorganizations, joint ventures, private equity investments, and other strategic transactions. She routinely advises clients with respect to corporate governance and commercial counseling matters across a wide range of industries. In addition to her general corporate and M&A practice, Alison regularly represents both founders and investors in the emerging company space.

Before joining Foley, Alison was an associate at an international law firm headquartered in Washington, D.C. where she advised various public and private companies across a broad range of industries in acquisitions and divestitures, financial restructurings, and other complex business transactions.
