Foley Partner Claire Marblestone will be speaking on the American Health Law Association’s panel titled “Telemedicine Webinar Series Part II: Telemedicine and Reproductive Health Care in the Post-Dobbs Era” on March 28th at 2:00 p.m. ET.
In the second part of this webinar series, speakers will address the post-Dobbs legal and practical considerations for reproductive health care providers utilizing telemedicine. The speakers will discuss several topics that are relevant to health care providers operating in this space, including access to medication abortion via telemedicine, corporate practice of medicine considerations, legal considerations when setting up a telemedicine practice, reproductive health care privacy laws, pharmacy dispensing laws, and practitioner scope of practice.
