Foley Special Counsel Brian Sylvester, a member of the firm’s Food & Beverage Industry Teamwill be both presenting and serving as a panelist at an upcoming virtual conference hosted by Industrializing Cell Based Meats. His presentation is entitled “Updates on the Joint Regulation of Cell-Based Meats in the US” and is scheduled to take place on August 27, 2020. Brian will also participate on a panel discussion on August 27th, alongside officials from the FDA and USDA in a session titled “Working with US Regulators to Outline a Clear Framework for Industry Regulation & Looking at Regulators Abroad.”
