HCCA San Francisco Regional Conference

Foley Partner Judy Waltz, co-chair of the firm’s Health Care Industry Team, will be speaking at the HCCA San Francisco Regional Conference on December 4^th from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. PST. Her presentation is titled, “Year Two of COVID? Legal Issues on the 2021 Horizon for Healthcare Organization Response to the Pandemic,” and she will be joined by Katherine Saral (Chief Legal Officer of The Permanente Federation). Their presentation will help attendees understand legal requirements, ‘gray’ areas, and unknowns; consider and define the impact on you as Compliance professionals; and identify areas for coordination with Operations in implementation and government relations on public policy and regulatory development.
