ACI’s 19th Annual Forum on Rx Drug Pricing

Foley Partner Judy Waltz, Co-Chair of Foley’s Health Care Industry Team, will be presenting at ACI’s 19th Annual Forum on Rx Drug Pricing in New York City on Wednesday, October 16th at 10:30 a.m. Ms. Waltz is joined by fellow speakers Meenakshi Datta (Partner, Sidley Austin LLP) and Robert Hill (Partner, Reed Smith LLP), and their presentation is titled, “Shifting Safe Harbors: Analyzing Medicare Parts B and D Pricing Reforms Under the CMS Proposed Final Rule.” Their presentation will focus on exploring the proposed (and any final) rule amending the safe harbors under the Anti-Kickback Statue, examining point of sale discounts as a new way of doing business in the pharmaceutical and biologics space, and complying with new requirements for PBM and administrative fees.
