On June 7, 2017, Neal Moglin, Foley partner and chair of the Insurance & Reinsurance Litigation Practice Group, will present on “Preserving Privilege and Work Product: A Guide for In-House and Outside Counsel” at the upcoming Chicago Network and Regional Educations Days hosted by the Association of Insurance and Reinsurance Run Off Companies (AIRROC).
Moglin will speak along with eight other guest faculty members who will cover a variety of topics such as liability, case studies, recent court holdings, data management and coverage issues for a broad audience of professionals. AIRROC’s mission is to promote and represent the interests of entities with legacy business by improving industry standards and enhancing knowledge and communications within and outside of the (re)insurance industry. Moglin is one of many industry professionals who participate in periodic educational opportunities under the AIRROC banner.
