Session Attendees
We expect 350 emerging and seasoned executives to participate in this symposium. These leaders are high potential executives that have won our individual achievement recognition. Their levels range from senior director to president. Since the exposure to such an esteemed panel is rare, we believe it is important for emerging leaders to also understand what is required to operate at more senior levels.
We have learned that while this is a very educated and talented audience that have achieved success in corporate America and in business, they do not have a vast understanding or knowledge base on the expectations and requirements of qualifying for corporate board service (public or private) or preparing for next level board service opportunities beyond non profits.
Opportunity for Executives:

This symposium will also be published in the leadership issue (Fall/November) of Diversity MBA Magazine.
