This conference consists of a discussion meeting with judges from each nation, parallel seminars, a session for views from the heads of the Korean Intellectual Property Office and the United States Patent and Trademark Office, a mock argument, and other opportunities. The goal of the conference is to enhance the understanding of differences between the two nations in their legal systems and litigation practices.
In addition, the extraordinary conference will further the on-going International Series conversation among thought leaders in all sectors – government, judicial, litigation, and corporate — on “best practices” in the areas of intellectual property rights, international trade considerations, and Section 337 perspectives, For more information, visit the event page.
