Our group of industry veterans will discuss their experiences and thoughts on “cutting corners,” the hidden “costs” of doing so and alternatives to cutting corners that address the company’s concerns. In addition, you will hear tips on how to and where to save on costs, time and other resources, and how to address and remedy these “costs” once they have been identified so you do not come up short where it matters most.
