N. Vincent Pulignano
Senior Counsel
Vincent Pulignano is a senior counsel and business lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP and is a member of the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group and the Sports & Entertainment Industry Team. Vincent practices commercial real estate law, including real estate acquisitions, sales and development, commercial leasing, and real estate finance. He also counsels clients in the areas of general business and corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance matters, commercial agreements, and other general corporate matters.
Representative Experience
- Represented a client in acquiring a $1.3bn real-estate portfolio acquisition consisting of 97 office, industrial, and retail properties.
- Represented a public company in a $360m sale of 28 warehouse properties with over 80 tenants.
- Represented a client in a $240m sale of over 30 medical office buildings located throughout the U.S.
- Represented a client in a $114m sale of 9 medical office buildings located throughout the U.S.
- Represented a client in a $103.5m sale of 10 medical office buildings located in North Carolina.
- Represented clients in over 30 acquisitions and financings of medical office buildings throughout the United States totaling more than $500m in each of 2019, 2020, and 2021.
- Represented a healthcare technology company in a $100m merger with an India-based firm.
- Represented fast-casual dining franchisees in a $70m asset sale of their franchised restaurants to a strategic buyer.
- Represented a healthcare technology client in a $63m equity sale and rollover to a strategic buyer.
