Partner Susan Pravda spoke to a group of approximately 100 at the August 12th meeting of The Exit Planning Exchange (XPX). She spoke on “How to prepare your company for sale and maximize value.” The event was held at Babson College in Wellesley, MA.
The XPX is a member-driven community for advisors who help a business owner to successfully exit his or her business. XPX adds depth, definition, and content to the emerging Exit Planning field by offering its members an opportunity to share and create interdisciplinary tools, processes, and education, as well as to build key relationships which will improve members’ ability to help business owners plan for a successful exit from their businesses.
XPX accomplishes its mission by inviting creative participation by its members in four unique opportunities:
- The teaching and sharing of ideas at XPX sponsored events
- The creation of protected intellectual property by XPX members, which promotes their mission,
- Practical and rigorous professional development curriculum, and
- Networking venues designed to develop profitable professional relationships
