On Thursday, May 15, Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Chair Larry Shatzer will present “Discovery in Section 337 Investigations: The Familiar at Hyper Speed” at the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA) 2008 Spring Meeting. AIPLA is a national bar association constituted primarily of lawyers in private and corporate practice, in government service, and in the academic community. The Spring Meeting brings together both owners and users of intellectual property.
