- AB 632 – Medical staff whistleblower protection
- AB 1324 – Enforceability of health plan preauthorization
- SB 350 – Hospital charity care discount policies
- AB 3 – Supervision requirements and Medi-Cal reimbursement for physician assistants
- SB 306 – Extension of hospital seismic safety deadline
