Daniel Bachrach Named Orlando Business Journal 2022 Power Player
Foley & Lardner LLP Partner Dan Bachrach has been named among those who have made the biggest waves in helping to rebuild the local economy in the Orlando Business Journal 2022 “Power Players” list.
Bachrach is a member of Foley’s Real Estate Practice and the Hospitality & Leisure Industry Team. His practice focuses on the condominium, hotel, resort and hospitality industry, including residential, commercial and mixed-use condominiums; condominium hotels (condotels); master planned communities; timeshare resorts, private residence clubs, fractional projects, and travel clubs; and restaurants.
This awards program recognizes business leaders and executives who are helping grow and innovate the way business is done throughout metro Orlando.
Bachrach has years of experience guiding clients through the growth, challenges, and opportunities facing the hospitality and tourism industry in the region. He routinely assists clients on creative forms of mixed-use development in the Central Florida region, including projects for major real estate, management consulting, and hospitality companies.
Bachrach is also invested in urban redevelopment in order to create sustainable communities. He is a member of the International Society of Hospitality Consultants, an organization established by a small group of hospitality consultants with the objective of promoting the advancement of the hospitality consulting profession and to foster a high ethical standard for the industry.
