Foley Senior Counsel Thomas (T.J.) Ferrante, member of the firm’s Telemedicine and Digital Health Industry Team, will present at the PATH Summit 2019 in Washington, D.C. on December 18-20, 2019. His panel presentation is titled, “New Public Policy Developments Affecting PATH Members.” Public policy affecting the use of technology to deliver healthcare involves a wide array of national and international agencies. The panel will provide and up to date information about these areas and the agencies and programs that are involved.
