Since its combination with Gardere Wynne Sewell LLP on April 1, 2018, the offices of Foley & Lardner LLP in Dallas, Houston and Austin have operated under the name Foley Gardere in recognition of Gardere’s rich heritage in Texas. On the second anniversary of the combination, the combined firm has completed its brand transition to Foley & Lardner in all of its Texas offices.
In addition to the Texas market, Foley’s Mexico City office has been rebranded to Foley Arena from Foley Gardere Arena.
“The results of the combination have exceeded our very high expectations,” said Foley CEO and Chairman Jay Rothman. “The increased depth of expertise and broader geographic reach of the combined firm have enhanced the ability of our team to serve clients in multiple ways.”
