Foley & Lardner LLP recently represented Tenacity Venture Capital as the lead investor in the $30 million funding round for Mexican fintech startup Kapital. The Series A round also included investors Telesoft, Broom Ventures, Pioneer Fund, Soma Capital, and FoundersX Fund.
Kapital is a data-driven neobank for SMBs in Latin America, offering debit and credit solutions. The company’s mission is to empower SMBs with technology, strengthening them with a financial platform and credit products that allow them to focus on their core businesses.
