Jack Hawkins has more than 50 years of experience in trusts, estates and tax law, helping wealthy individuals and families with interests that include oil and gas, ranching, automobile and equipment retailing and insurance matters. He handles estate planning and estate administration matters of all degrees of complexity, as well as special trust and fiduciary matters. In his estate planning practice, Jack focuses on personal and family issues, as well as transfer tax and fiduciary issues. He has represented estate representatives and taxpayers in administrative disputes and litigation with the Internal Revenue Service.
Jack has planned and represented estates of all sizes, including several estates of more than $50 million. He provides solutions to the unique estate planning problems of corporate executives and handles integration of corporate employee benefits into an estate plan.
