Before joining Foley, Joe was a Congressional intern in the U.S. House of Representatives for Rep. Emanuel Cleaver. As a student attorney, he represented indigent clients in bond and removal hearings before the U.S. Executive Office for Immigration Review. During law school, Joe worked as a summer associate at Foley.
