The internet represents the greatest vehicle for social change in history, while social media has drastically transformed communications. As a result, it is imperative that lawyers understand social media and internet legal issues, or suffer the consequences. This presentation will cover these issues, and will serve as an important reminder to remain diligent in understanding and meeting legal ethics obligations brought about by social media and the internet.
