Their session is titled “Privilege and Confidentiality for Patient Safety Organizations.” This program will address privilege and confidentiality requirements under the Patient Safety and Quality Improvement Act and the recently revised Michigan Peer Review Legislation. Speakers will also touch on what providers should do to ensure their privileged and confidential information remains privileged and confidential.
